We are looking for a Partner Development Specialist, who will lead our continued European expansion, owning the growth of our partner program in our Scandinavian markets.
You will build a region-based growth strategy upon an existing comfortable leadership market position in the Nordics. You will execute a country-specific expansion strategy supported by an experienced and committed Sales and Marketing Team.

These will be your responsibilities:
Establish our presence in the minds of our future customers
Be the representative of our brand
Develop and execute country or region-specific sales development and engagement strategies
Be outgoing in identifying and reaching out to companies that fit our partner profile
Expand our thought leadership in the Nordics via our partners
Contact and engage prospects through growth and awareness initiatives such as LinkedIn, phone, and email
Being part of a team that shares knowledge and best practices with like-minded Business Development Managers

You are:
Ready to take on responsibility and be a crucial part of the company’s growth strategy
A talented sales professional who can effectively execute your initiatives
Outgoing - Proactive outreach is one of your tools to convince others to listen to you
A team player – you enjoy the strength of knowledge-sharing between team members and across departments
Experienced - you have substantial experience with sales, or growth hacking in similar positions and worked to create/grow a partner program in the past
Highly proficient in English, both speaking and writing
Starting dates are flexible but as soon as possible.
