Do you have a vision for how to run effective and next-generation customer success and do you want to take this discipline to the next level? Tembi is the new kid in town – a fully funded AI-as-a-service company on a speedy growth journey. We are looking for an ambitious and energetic driven colleague who can help make sure that our clients get maximum value from our products and services from day one. Your successful work will lead to growing customer engagement, so they achieve remarkable results from the use of our products and we achieve growth in our company.
In this position you will work closely with our sales team to engage with new clients and product owners to forward your insights to product development. You are the first fully dedicated hire in this function.
If you are successful in the role, you will quickly draft strategies for customer success and account management and quickly develop responsibility in building this team. Hopefully you will front our ambition to develop new, effective, and scalable ways of engaging and communicating proactively with clients.
The main qualification is that you have ideas for developing a kick-ass customer success approach that fit our vision of being the new and innovative company to work with
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer success and/or account management (enough to back your ideas up, but at the same time not so experienced in the field that you are stuck with old-fashioned habits, routines and standard ways of working) – besides this you might have:
Experience in working directly with clients to understand business needs and technology solutions
Communication/writing skills for e.g. writing newsletters, clients stories etc.
Speaking and writing at least one Scandinavian language and English fluently
Ability to work in the Copenhagen office
Experience in customer success / account management framework and digital tools is a plus.
Analytical capabilities and experience in e.g. excel and PowerBI is a plus
Positive spirit and good to engage with clients and colleagues
A go-get‘em and start-up mindset
You will onboard, demo and train users
Build relationships and trust with our clients as their point of entry and support that our products support their business objectives
Identify new commercial opportunities and learn how users use our products to improve the functionality
You will have customer meetings and communication with clients and filter their needs and requests to our tech organization
Monitor usage and take proactive action to make sure that clients benefit from and use our product
Prepare and share news, new features and opportunities to clients and users
Collect and develop user stories and cases during your work with our clients
Responsible for developing and applying key customer success metrics e.g. usage, nrr, churn
Increase renewal rates, upsell and cross-sell and reduce churn
