We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded recent graduate to join us on our impact journey. As a Venture Graduate, you will work closely with our Venture Building Partners on various projects within the studio, with a focus on Health & Wellness (SDG3) and Affordable Energy (SDG7).

This role is designed to provide exposure and experience in venture-building activities, investor relationship-building, and operational tasks. It is an amazing opportunity to kick start your career within the entrepreneurial space and gain practical experience and build a strong network in the startup ecosystem.

As a Venture Graduate, you will be closely working with our Venture Building Partners across several projects. Your tasks will be based on KRING’s unique Speedbooting method. Our Venture Graduate will be involved in activities such as:

• Problem validation incl. user interviews, desk research, market sizing, competitive landscape, partnership exploration, ideation, concept development, value proposition development, as well as business model development

• Market/ Solution experimentation and validation including lots of Pretotyping experimentation (hypothesis validation) and initial growth hacking

• Preparation of investor communications, and assisting in organizing investor events

• Attend and participate in team meetings and presentations

• Support the team with community building events

   

Requirements:

• Recent Master's graduate in the field of International Business, Innovation and Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or similar area

• Experience in project management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong interest and passion for entrepreneurship and venture building

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of the health and energy industries is a plus

• Professional experience within startup ecosystem is a plus
