CVX is in the process of building Scandinavia's leading venture investor. We invest in carefully selected growth companies in collaboration with more than 600 active angel investors, board members, and entrepreneurs, and we have already helped about 100 companies achieve successful growth through capital, knowledge, and network.
As Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's sales strategy, with a particular focus on building sales teams in new markets. You will work closely with our CEO and other leaders to identify growth opportunities, build partnerships, and expand the company's presence in new markets. The successful candidate will be a skilled salesperson, strategic thinker, strong communicator, and a hands-on leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work closely with sales teams to achieve our ambitious goals.

As Chief Commercial Officer, you will:
Develop and implement the sales strategy Build and lead high-performing sales teams in current and new markets
Develop and implement effective sales processes and frameworks to support the company's growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Analyze market developments and make suggestions for improvements to the business strategy
Collaborate with other departments and drive cross-functional initiatives
Promote a culture of high performance, sense of urgency, and we are always selling within the sales organization
Continuously improve the sales organization through hands-on coaching, training, and development programs Identify growth opportunities and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
As our Chief Commercial Officer, you will embark on a journey focused on developing yourself, your career, and CVX as a company.
