THE COMPANY

We are delivering a payment solution that optimizes and increases conversion for webshops. Our mission is to make online shopping as simple and frictionless as possible for both customers and Webshop owners. Therefore, we are continuously creating user-friendly solutions that make life easier, at least while shopping online.

The founder currently acts as the CEO but wishes to focus more on product innovation, and the future CEO will look to expand the company into new markets.


RESPONSIBILITIES

As the CEO you'll play an important part in the further scaling of the Fintech, by acquiring funding, and leading the go-to-market activities into the European market, while building and managing the team.

  • Drive revenue growth through new markets and expansion of existing accounts, whilst optimizing and setting up the right team structures and processes to maximize the commercialization of the company.

  • Responsible for achieving success in new market ventures

  • Lead fundraising initiatives, ensuring the continuous growth of the company

  • Foster a startup culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Lead and manage the executive team

  • Define and present the key performance indicators (KPIs) to the board

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices


QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a candidate who has strong experience with fundraising, an entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills, and previous success expanding into new markets.

  • Start-up by heart

  • Minimum of 5 years experience growing and leading cross-functional teams

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with extraordinary communication skills, ability to drive the business while keeping alignment with stakeholders

  • A track record in developing and executing fundraising strategies

  • Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and utilize relevant business opportunities

  • Previous involvement in entering and operating across various markets

  • Having a strong commercial mindset with a drive to continuously strive for higher levels of achievements

  • Proven ability to effectively align the commercial aspects of the business with the country-specific go-to-market activities

  • You comfortably use data and KPIs to guide your actions and results

  • You have full professional proficiency in Danish and English both written and oral
