As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations, handling administrative tasks, and managing the day-to-day office activities. You will also be responsible for planning and executing social events and activities for our team members.


Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities

  • Manage administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, coordinating office events, and handling incoming and outgoing mail

  • Handle office communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence

  • Assist with HR and recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees

  • Plan and execute social events and activities for our team members

  • Provide support to team members and managers as needed

  • Handle other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in office management or related field

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience with HR and recruitment processes preferred

  • Experience planning and executing social events and activities is a plus

  • Experience working in a technology or startup environment is a plus
