How would you help us present our LCA-based climate calculation platform to production companies?


ReFlow is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our sales efforts.


As a Sales Engineer at ReFlow, you will help us drive customer satisfaction through excellent commercial service, help our customers understand the practical use of our innovative decarbonization cloud technology, and help us understand the needs of our customers. In short, you will help our customers understand the value of our platform by explaining how we can help them calculate, document, report, and share the climate footprint of their products.


Central tasks as a Sales Engineer with ReFlow will include:

  • Identifying potential customers with our CEO & Founder

  • Contacting potential customers via email

  • Helping customers understand the full potential of our services by providing sales presentations & demos.

  • Enable and guide prospective customers in testing and validating the use of the ReFlow platform.

  • Logging client feedback and evaluating the data to help us understand how we can continuously improve our platform to serve our customers' needs.

  • Technical training on our products and services.


As a Sales Engineer, you will be led by our Founder & CEO, Rasmus Elsborg-Jensen. The position is a remote position with the possibility of working out of our office in Copenhagen if necessary.

  1. Sales Engineering: A prerequisite for succeeding in the role of Sales Engineer is acquiring a nuanced understanding of our clients' decarbonization needs and communicating our product's technical strengths and limitations through demos and presentations. Furthermore, translating customer feedback into the continuous development of our sales and marketing strategies will set us up for long-lasting customer success. Knowledge of lifecycle assessment and product-level decarbonization is a prerequisite for this position. 


  2. Customer relations: We are looking for a candidate with a solid commercial mindset who understands how to nurture client relationships with a service-minded approach. Being business-savvy and having strong communication skills will be essential to this role.


  3. Interdisciplinary collaboration: As a Sales Engineer, you will be vital in setting our company up for growth. We understand that a good sales process draws on different expertise – from the technical to the commercial. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who appreciates interdisciplinary collaboration and wants to win as a collective.
