Chainge is part of Copenhagen's growing bicycle ecosystem. We deliver goods on electrically assisted cargo bikes that in addition to enabling navigating the city in a swift, easy, and safe manner also help reducing the number of vans in the streets and thereby lessening traffic congestion, noise nuisances and air pollution – we are on a mission to replace conventional delivery vans with a green option. It’s a serious mission we’re on, but while we do it, we want to have fun:-)

We are a small team with different nationalities and abilities, but we have our passion for sustainability, logistics and the green transition and bikes in common. Our drive is to create a new standard for last-mile deliveries. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional, profit-maximizing rider schedules and routes

• Ensure that riders follow their designated working hours

• Monitoring, correcting, and improving driving behaviors and operations

• Mentoring and coaching riders

• Point of contact for the Partners/customers for any delivery related concerns

• Assisting in the recruitment, discipline, and termination of drivers

• Evaluating drivers’ performances

• Maintaining constant communication with riders

• Training riders on risk management protocols, safety standards, and more

• Ensuring drivers’ adherence to applicable traffic regulations 

• Issues and bottlenecks detected in fleet operations and reported to the management team

• Analyze fleet performance data and improve accordingly

• Report fleet performance and finances to upper management

• Guarantee excellent client service

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3-5 years of experience in holding similar positions in logistics industry

• Proven work experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role

• Experience in working on Last Mile Logistics system 

• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed

• Outstanding interpersonal skills to work with various departments

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Fleet Manager

Salary range - 30-35K per month
