Our Customer Onboarding team is looking for someone who has excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for solving problems through code. 

The role:

As an Integration Specialist at Clerk.io you are responsible for managing the technical aspects of our product implementation for new and existing customers. You will be working closely with our customer-facing Onboarders, assisting them with the installation and customization of Clerk.io products in the backend of our customers' webshops.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the installation and configuration of our platform for new customers. 

• You work closely with the Integration Consultant ensuring a fast, safe and professional onboarding process.

• You gained experience from working in different E-commerce platforms.

• You are technical by heart and like doing the technical part of the implementation.

• You have experience from previous jobs where the focus was on flawless and efficient integration.

  
  

Qualifications and personal skills:

• Through previous work you have gained back-end knowledge and an in-depth understanding of Servers, APIs, SQL, and databases.

• You have previously worked with Coding and have basic skills in the following: JS, PHP, HTML, CSS, etc.

• While working with Coding you have developed superb Analytical skills and have experience with Testing and Debugging.

• You have worked with bigger projects and have excellent Time and Task management and great attention to detail.

• Experience with driving Platform Integration improvements, based on Client feedback and your detailed insights.

• You’re used to handling several customer cases at the same time

• You’re used to working in the clients’ production, test, and development environments and understand how to navigate this in a professional manner.
