Are you customer service minded and have a passion for IT?

We are looking for a technically skilled candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team and play a key role in providing support for internal operations. You take pride in troubleshooting technical issues, provide timely feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications among other duties. You will perform both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency and ensure our internal IT is running smoothly.


Who are you?

We are looking for a candidate that has a big passion for IT, business and digitalization. You are able to carry out different IT-related projects and at the same time have no problems in taking responsibility, coordinating and planning different activities in the organization. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills in English.


The job will consist of:

  • Overseeing company software, hardware and computer networks

  • Monitoring network infrastructure and systems functionality

  • Resolving system issues

  • Oversee data backup and system security operations

  • Ensure our IT systems across the entire Group and all offices are secure, consistent and reliable

  • Being responsible for device and password management

  • Managing IT staff (1 part time employee)

  • Maintain and optimise local networks and servers

  • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software

  • Assess IT processes and policies and develop and implement improvements

  • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk

  • Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems

  • Manage IT inventory (Laptops, phones, etc.)


Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar internal IT management role

  • Experience with system installation, configuration and analysis

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Problem solving aptitude

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, IT or related field

  • Knowledge of data protection operations and legislations (GDPR)
