Are you looking for hands-on experience within sustainability, strategic partnerships, and fundraising? Would you like to have an impact?
Then you should join the team of sustainable change agents at Sustainary! We are looking for one or two interns with excellent communication and analytical skills who will participate in the creation of a long-term value for Sustainary, for a period of at least 3 months.
You will get involved directly with core elements of developing Sustainary’s strategic partnerships and financial opportunities – two elements that go very much hand in hand. It is therefore also a position with a certain level of responsibility, so we are looking for one or two independent and structured interns with a critical eye for working both in the abstract; establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships, while at the same time being able to work in the concrete; writing fundraising applications and other written material.
About us: Sustainary is a global NGO developing sustainable ecosystems by fostering collaboration and innovation. We call ourselves the association of green entrepreneurship and innovation. We have various events and projects to accelerate and promote sustainable solutions such as the SDG Tech Awards, the Green Impact Week, Green Impact Assessment, the Sustainable Innovation Agents programme, and much more.
Your responsibilities:
Conceptualize and work with themes for Green Impact Week (energy, water, etc.)
Identify thematic corporate/public/PPP partnerships for the Green Impact Week
Strategize how to land such partners
Identify relevant funds and strategize how to approach such funds from a project-based context
Write fund applications
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English
Attention to detail
Strong analytical capabilities, both qualitative and quantitative
Experience in fundraising and/or project and partnership management preferred
Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Politics, Organizational studies, Project Management (or similar)
What we offer:
Lots of responsibility and constructive experience
The chance to take ownership and direction of your own work
Work with a purpose for an international NGO making real sustainable change
A flexible working schedule
A casual and fun working environment with other international students
The opportunity to use the internship as part of your study program
Access to Sustainary’s events and wider network of partners (network network network)
We are looking for someone that can start as soon as possible, but we are flexible. We review applications on a rolling basis. Please note, this is an unpaid position. We are looking forward to receiving your application!
