Join Ideanote, a B2B SaaS platform that empowers teams to innovate faster and efficiently by making it easy to collect, develop, and act on ideas. As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll drive customer success by guiding new clients through onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Onboard new customers with guidance, best practices, and answers to questions
Provide enterprise customers with launch and optimization advice based on best practices
Track customer satisfaction and onboarding progress
Nurture relationships with successful clients, provide support, and make product recommendations
Automate routine tasks through content creation (e.g. guides, support articles, videos, etc.)
Excellent people skills: genuine, warm, curious, engaging, friendly, and empathetic
Experience with international account management (SMB to Enterprise) and leading meetings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
Experience in management or innovation consulting are a plus
Keen business sense, able to understand customer objectives and measure Ideanote's impact
Excited to dive into technical details and understand customer needs
Organized with good, project, and time management skills
Technically minded, able to explain complex functionality in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
Ability to write helpful FAQ articles, record videos, and create basic screenshots and illustrations
