We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Co-Founder to join ACRYPT in shaping the Treesable platform. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled and motivated technical leader to make a significant impact and help build a platform that has the potential to drive real change in the sustainability space. We are a bootstrap startup with a mission to enhance sustainability with transparent and accountable green initiatives. Our tech platform connects local tree planters with companies interested in funding tree-planting initiatives.

As a Technical Co-Founder, you will have the opportunity to build and shape the Treesable platform from the ground up and work towards our goal of disrupting the sustainability industry with evidence-based reporting. You will be responsible for leading the development of our SaaS platform. The Technical co-founder will play a crucial role in setting the direction and technical architecture of the Treesable platform. You will have the opportunity to bring your expertise and experience to the table, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic decisions that will shape the future of the platform.

You will work with our team to create and implement technology strategies that help us scale and meet our business goals. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a diverse team, and make a significant impact on our product and company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to develop and execute the technical strategy of the company

• Build and maintain the web and mobile applications of Treesable, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality

• Lead the development of the platform's architecture, design, and technology stack

• Develop and manage the platform's APIs and integrations with third-party tools and services

• Ensure the platform is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance

• Collaborate with the business team to identify and prioritize product features, technical requirements, and milestones

• Recruit and manage a team of developers as the company scales

Requirements:

• Strong tech background and proven years of experience in web and mobile application development

• Strong technical skills in front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, and security

• Experience with modern web development frameworks, such as React, Angular, Node.js, etc.

• Experience with mobile app development frameworks, such as React Native, Swift, or Kotlin

• Experience in leading a team of developers, working in a startup environment, and managing projects from ideation to launch

• Creative, self-driven, collaborative, and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Continuously evaluate and improve our technology stack

• Passion for sustainability and environmental issues
