Assignments on your to-do lists 💯

As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead our scrum sprints and orchestrate the development of advanced features for our eCommerce storefront. Your main responsibility is to ensure that all technical projects are delivered within the desired timeframe and are living up to the quality outlined from start to finish.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Product owner for our eCommerce storefront

• Owning the tech roadmap and the value delivery of specific development areas

• Clearly communicating objectives and goals to the development team, setting strong outcome-based OKRs to measure progress and success

• Planning and driving agile sprints within the development team - responsible for keeping the team's backlog in JIRA continuously up to date and for prioritizing all items the team members should be picking up next to maximize the value delivery of the project

• Continuously innovating and thinking of possible changes and improvements that could help the team achieve their goals easier and/or faster

• Actively participating and leading where appropriate in the relevant agile sprints and ensuring availability for the development team day-to-day to answer questions and provide mentorship

• Working closely together with the CTO in shaping the tech vision and strategy - you're reporting directly to the CTO

For you to be a success in Klar ⭐️, you need to have the following skills:

• Our new colleague has great experience as a Product Owner/Manager, working with agile development teams

• You live in Copenhagen and understand that being around your team is very important

• Ability to understand technical challenges and take informed decisions in collaboration with developers

• Worked with agile methods like scrum (sprints, roadmaps, Kanban, etc.)

• You are comfortable with changes, and you thrive with identifying out-of-the-box ways to tackle new challenges

• You are the one finding structure in a chaotic environment - and you enjoy it!

• It is a plus if you have experience from scale-ups or fast-growth companies

• Having worked in the e-Commerce industry previously is preferred, but not a requirement

• Strong communication skills - English on a high level - both oral and written

• Proactive approach - please wear your CAN-DO cab 🧢

Where will you be working from?

We’re a vibrant team with great energy situated in Copenhagen (well, Valby) 😇. Our headquarters are in Tartu, Estonia - but you will be working from our cozy Danish office which is currently the ‘home’ of 19 cool, talented colleagues.

Our Copenhagen-based office is well connected to several public transportation points (bus and s-tog stations within 2 min walk) and has access to a large parking lot (if you are not a big fan of cycling 🚴).
