As Account Executive you would focus on identifying new prospects, building relationships with the contacts and ultimately owning the whole sales process. You would team up with both Sales and Marketing to build Cludo in existing and new areas, with a focus on Finland. You would also receive support from both Sales Engineering and Customer Success to address the complex nature of our product and maintain a healthy relationship with clients even after the deal closes. You would be integral in Cludo expanding our market in Finland, handling both inbound and outbound sales. This person would report up to Ville Tuokila, our Head of Sales, EMEA.
We are searching for that right person who is eager to jump right in, learn, and grow alongside an amazing group of people, with an emphasis on teamwork. Our ideal candidate will be someone who resides near our Copenhagen office to be able to fully engage with training and the team to be successful. We support a hybrid schedule for this role, if desired.
What you will do
Generate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from new and existing customers across your territory
Demonstrate consistent activity in relation to reaching out to the prospects to attempt to gain new business
Generating and maintaining an active pipeline to meet and exceed your quota objectives
Engage with prospects from a variety of source points, including direct inbound, referrals from our Strategic Partners, via your own outbound prospecting, etc.
Meet with potential customers to build relationship and ensuring that Cludo´s products and services will meet their needs through a consultative sales approach
Regularly collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success sharing insights and feedback from the field.
What we need to see from you
At least 2 years of demonstrable sales experience in SaaS and B2B
Experience working with CRM software’s (such as Salesforce and Hubspot)
Ability to understand business related challenges and metrics and explaining how you can help solve these challenges
Driven to meet or exceed your quota using proven sales methods and tactics
Ability to extract and identify customer pain points that our solution can address
Ability to communicate with a variety of client stakeholders and build relationships in a short time
Native level proficiency in Finnish and the ability to work fluently in English
Excellent, professional level, verbal and written communication skills
What we would love to see from you
Familiarity with marketing technology landscape and experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Natural self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced and changing environments, ideally in SaaS start up/scale up phase
You have proficiency in additional Nordic language (on top of Finnish language)
