The Job 🏄‍♂️

We’re growing, and UDU is now looking for a COO that will play a vital part in ensuring we keep the momentum, set the stage for a very ambitious business operations strategy, and excel in reaching company goals and objectives. In this position, you’ll be a part of the leadership team working in close collaboration with the CEO, The board, and UDU’s investors.

As the COO of UDU you will primarily be working with:

• Crafting the business’s strategy  in close collaboration with the  CEO

• Ensuring that the daily operations run smoothly (Project management of all software projects (in-house game development & QA, UDU platform, Backend, SDK all in collaboration with the CTO)

• Commercial development of the business. This includes reaching out and developing partnerships with distributors, publishers, and sponsors

• Team management, including recruitment, developing an inspiring company culture and ensuring overall team performance in a playful environment.

In an early-stage startup, it's evident that there will be an infinite amount of ad hoc tasks ensuring the daily operations of the business, and the right profile for this role should be open to take on different kinds of responsibilities and help solve problems as the company expands and the team grows.

• Is living in or around Copenhagen, Denmark (or willing to relocate)

• Has experience in startups, tech, and preferably also gaming/software but not a requirement

• Is a 1000% executer and can work independently

• Communicates effectively and enjoys working as a part of a team

• Is excited to imagine and lead the future of play with cutting-edge tech

• Is ready to hit the ground running!
