You will play a key role in shaping our competency while driving operational and strategic work to attract and recruit our future employees.
In this role you are also expected to contribute to the development of the department's working methods to ensure efficient and quality assured processes with the goal of recruiting competent employees who ensure that we as a company achieve our high set goals and vision. This position is full-time - 37 hours a week.
Facilitate Kick-off meetings with hiring managers to plan the process
Drive attraction processes to ensure quality applications & a positive Fill rate
Participate on task reviews to assist with assessment & selection feedback
Finalising the recruitment together with the manager by advising on salary and conducting reference checks where applicable
Working in close collaboration with the Business Support team, to evolve and grow our set-up to always be on top of latest trends and fit for business
Being involved in - and over time potentially leading - a variety of TA-related improvement projects we are currently undertaking in the effort of optimizing the quality of our TA-delivery model.
Recruiting professional who is self-motivated and driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated experience managing candidates, developing a sourcing strategy to attract high quality candidates, able to assess candidate qualifications, cultivating and closing opportunities successfully
Organized and experienced in a high growth, fast-paced environment
Results-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in an independent and visible position in a fast and dynamic working environment
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social recruiting platforms, job boards, target company cold calling and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
Expereince with Talent Tech is a Bonus!
Excellent knowledge of the Danish Labour Law
String communication skills in English, and Danish.
