SQUARELY COPENHAGEN is a Danish design brand that brings nature to people’s homes and offices by combining plants and high-end furniture design. SQUARELY product solutions are customizable and scalable and include an intelligent self-watering system that keeps maintenance at a minimum. The company has high sustainable goals: we design to reuse, and our products are made of recycled plastic and excess wood.

SQUARELY is selling to several European markets within B2C and B2B.
We are looking for the results-oriented E-business/marketing manager who can grow our e-commerce in Denmark and internationally
E-Business / Marketing Manager ( Part time)
Main Responsibilities:
Managing budgets, partners, and campaigns across selected digital channels to drive strong returns on investment and e-business
Main objectives
Increase B2B leads & requests
Increase direct e-commerce sales
Secondary objectives
Online brand building
Develop owned channels with a focus on email
Define tracking and reporting infrastructure
Main KPI’s for success
Increase Total profit from e-commerce
Increase the number of RFP’s through online channels
Increase reach from owned channels
Expected activities
Take ownership of our digital channels and activities to deliver documented results
Developing and managing performance tracking to secure transparency - determination of parameters to track, dashboard updates ( traffic, conversion rates, SEO, Profit v. investment)
Keeping up to date with market developments and analyzing the market, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to adapt to threats and opportunities.
Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, own, and earned media channels
Updates and optimizations of the website to increase customer lifetime value, build marketing lists, collect leads, and increase sales
Newsletters strategy + execution ( B2C, B2B)
Testimonials to increase the credibility
Facilitate content marketing
Publish seasonal campaigns on the website
Coordination of tasks of the subcontractors, possibly facilitating hiring process
SEO plan + strategy Freelancer
Execution and maintenance ( internal resource )
Google Retainer Campaigns

Requirements
Primary
Results Driven
Documented results and experience in working with both e-commerce and B2B lead generation,
You can work independently, you are good at prioritizing activities, and you can lead and orchestrate subcontractors,
Advantage
Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
Experience working in Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform
Good analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
Other Highly goal-oriented and have good communication skills.
You are open-minded, curious, and a problem solver.
