The role

As our developer, you will be responsible to bring the current progressive web app (PWA) where we offer self-guided treasure hunt inspired experiences for families with kids 3-10-years-old - to the next level. Your key responsibilities include:

• ​Developing a native app with FlutterFlow (and Flutter) taking the MVP as starting point (currently a PWA)

• Developing a creator mode/ admin module - a digital platform that allows us to add and curate more treasure hunt experiences without the necessity of coding

• Develop product 2.0 based on user feedback, more advanced gaming elements, animations, multiple-paths etc.

• Manage the technical development and operations

• ​Participate in investor meetings, accelerator programs etc.

Having a good developer network and/ or startup experience is definitly a plus.

Required experience and skills

• ​​Experienced Futter and FlutterFlow software developer with a technological vision and capabilities to develop a globally scalable, smooth running, easy-to-use technical solution with a great user experience (e.g. gamification elements)

• Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript (technologies used for our MVP) as well as understanding of Node.js, Webpack, Git flow, Flutter and modern front-end technologies like SSG, SSR, etc.

• ​Personalized customer experiences across platforms and devices, customer experience management (CXM)

• ​Javascript and CSS-frameworks, designing-in-the-browser, mobile and touch, web design, animation, accessibility and digital communication

• Entrepreneurial mind-set

• Can-do-attitude, team spirit and excellent communicator

• Reliable and you get things done with high quality and within agreed resources

• Understand that technology is a facilitator for our experience but not a goal in itself - thus, simple solutions are good, no need to over-engineer
