We are hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our Venture Building Studio and co create the future with KRING. Over a decade, we have developed entrepreneurial partner-driven methods, approaches, and tools that enable our co-founders and partners to co-create and scale new companies and growth platforms smarter together. About the program:

The Entrepreneur in Residence program is built upon KRING’s unique Speedbooting model, which incorporates four different stages: Discovery, Think Big, Validation, Start Small, and Scale Fast. The person in this role will drive the key processes within Discovery and Think Big and rotate in different projects each 3- 6 months.  You will have an opportunity to become a Co-Founder in one of the ventures, which perfectly fit your capabilities and interest. As a Co-Founder, you will continue the venture development within Start Small and Scale Fast.

Your responsibilities as EIR include, not limited to:

• Identify and evaluate the mega trends that will shape the next 5-10 years within industry.

• Identify and prioritise “Growth Arenas” based on strategy and leverage of core assets/capabilities.

• Design and run product solutions applicable for market opportunities (focus on usability).

• Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to assess market potential and identify key challenges and opportunities for new ventures.

• Develop and validate business models, go-to-market strategies, and financial projections for new ventures.

• Drive innovation and thought leadership, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

  
  

Requirements: 

We expect you to be an entrepreneur at heart and have a strong self-drive to make a difference. You know how to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including founders, investors, customers, and partners. Further requirements include:

• +2 years of experience in entrepreneurship, venture capital, or management consulting, focusing on the Health and/or Clean Energy sectors.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate market opportunities, develop business models, and build and manage cross-functional teams.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.

  
  

The practical details:

• Timeline: There's no official application deadline or start date, so reach out today. Start date is as soon as we found the right candidate.

• Location: We are open to building with talent from around the world, but founders must be willing to be in Copenhagen for at least a three-month validation phase. Our office is located at Ragnagade 7, 2100 København.
