We need your help

For us the mindset is more important than your experience. A mind focused on solutions always brings us further - even if things get busy. We need your help with: 

🤠 Customer Support: You are the smiling and friendly voice our customers meet when they send an email or call via our Help Desk, HubSpot. You explore the user patterns and user needs in bugs and new ideas before you add them to our backlog-system.

📄 Translation and content creation for our Knowledge Base: Hococo Help is our backbone. We need to lift it to the next level with user guides in Danish, more FAQ’s and Get started-guides.

✏️ Content creation: Help our customers to easily send out broadcasts for guides and feature introductions. See Broadcast examples here. 

🧮 Data collection: We use data and user-feedback to support our decisions and optimise our Knowledge Base. We need help collecting data and setting up the dashboards. 

As we need translations to be done in English and Danish, your language skills need to be on a professional level - in both languages. 


📍Islands Brygge, Copenhagen ⏰ min. of 10 hours per week divided on 2 week days.

Hococo is a simple and intuitive tenant experience and operations platform that ensures great tenant engagement, untapped data insights and operational efficiency with a state of the art digital solution. Traditional real estate and tenant administration relies on outdated, non-compliant systems that don't embrace the new modern technologies. Tenants are left with a bad, not transparent, experience in a non-digital home. The landlords on the other hand still struggle with rent collections, huge amounts of unstructured tenant inquiries and no tools to communicate effectively with the tenants. Hococo acts as a customer centric layer and helps digitise, streamline and improve all processes and bridge the gap between the property owners and their tenants. We do this via our modern B2B SaaS-administration platform and dedicated IOS and Android apps for the tenants. Our mission is to provide the perfect tenant experience - always referring to our statement that a good tenant experience can also be good business. Why? As modern tenants we expect more of the places we live. Most of us have bad experiences with landlords, not knowing who to contact when shit hits the fan.
