Stellar team is looking for an Executive Assistant!

Our company is a fast-growing music, brand, TikTok and influencer agency looking for a highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant who will help and work closely with the Executive in their day-to-day work. Stellar provides a fast paced and dynamic work environment where no two days are the same and change happens fast. The Executive Assistant role is not just to provide support, but finding new ways to go above and beyond.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Managing the schedule, planning meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.

• Assisting in client relations, including email correspondence - ensuring a high professional level of communication.

• Assisting in managing the agency's social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

• Scouting for unsigned artists and TikTok trends.

• Researching and analysing industry trends and opportunities to support the Executive's decision-making process.

• Providing general ad-hoc office support.

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, music, or related field preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

• Experience with social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.

• Passion for the music industry and an interest in influencer marketing.
