As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty primarily within Nordic markets. You will be responsible for the after-sales customer journey, making sure the customers are satisfied and use our product to its full value. You will be acting as a trusted advisor, developing long-term relationships and success plans for customers, ensuring that the maximum value is derived from Clerk.io’s products.
Ensure a premium experience for our clients by understanding their business objectives, key KPIs and ensure that Clerk.io delivers against them
Manage your own portfolio, on average 250 clients/year
Act as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Clerk.io’s internal Operation, Product, and Sales teams.
Successfully discover new revenue opportunities.
Increase renewal rates and reduce churn.
Ensure the customer utilizes their paid subscription fully.
Develop strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts.
Client meetings will be performed online and face to face.
Responsible for key customer success metrics, including QBR, Pipeline generation, churn, and NPS.
Great written and oral presentation skills in Danish/Swedish/Norwegian and English.
Knowledgeable regarding trends in the SaaS industry for the Norwegian market.
Living in Denmark or willing to move here.
Strong track record managing a large portfolio of SME and Enterprise customer accounts with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate within a current Customer Success role.
Knowledge of customer success processes.
Experience in working directly with clients to understand business needs and applying technology solutions to those requirements.
Basic knowledge of pipeline management and account strategy.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Experience with coding is NOT mandatory, however basic knowledge of any of the following programming languages - Python, PHP, HTML, CSS, or Javascript - can represent a bonus.
Highly organized and able to multitask.
Self-driven and proactive nature.
A fixed monthly salary with commission.
