About the role
Risika is on a steep growth journey and that’s exactly why having a solid, well structured and scalable foundation is more important that ever. A setup that allow us to test, learn and optimise to continuously improve our operations.
To do so we need another set of hands in the Revenue Operation team.
Your role in this will be to help review and maintain the Risika rocketship, so we can reach the moon. In the Revenue Operations control room we monitor and analyse every part of the ship to ensure it moves as smoothly as possible.
You will help us design and implement the best way of doing things efficiently without compromising on the quality across all revenue teams. You will be structuring and documenting the setup so it is easy to understand and roll-out in new markets. And you will take great pride in ensuring a high data quality that can be used to navigate us in the right direction.
In this role you get a unique opportunity to learn more about the many different aspects of revenue operations and how it empowers growth in a scale-up company.
About you
Ideally you have experience working in CRM systems - either with data enrichment, workflows or report building.
You have a general understanding of the sales funnel and are full of ideas for how we can do it even better.
You will be working closely together with our Revenue Operations manager on supporting and optimising the revenue teams. Your tasks will vary a lot and you will be working across different teams, so it is a big advantage if you are good at prioritising and handling many projects at the same time.
You don’t have to be a pro at everything as long as you are eager to learn and want explore the many (fun) fasets of operations.
