As CSO, you will be the responsible for planning and leading our European expansion while supporting our Scandinavian sales partner. Your main task is boosting sales; developing our online channels ; finding the best partners; and attracting new customers.
SoilSense has a proven product and a customer base that is truly satisfied with the results we deliver. For future growth, a dedicated CSO with a strong commercial track record and a strategic mindset is needed. You will work close together with the Founder Jesper Alkestrup (CTO). The team is small and therefore being hands-on, proactive, and juggling multiple tasks is a key to success.
SoilSense is an affordable internet-of-things solution to improve irrigation management. We save water and reduce the risk of plant stress by monitoring the moisture of the soil and translating the data into information easily applicable by the farmer and municipality. We provide the most accurate and easy-to-use sensor and software system on the market.
Experience and qualifications
Proven sales results in the the agro sector, preferably international experience
3+ years’ experience with leading sales in a start-up or building new successful businesses.
Relevant education in sales or business development.
Fluent English and ideally Danish speaker, in addition Spanish or German is an advantage
