Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a senior product manager/superhero, with several years of product management experience. You will be part of an open and social team of 4 other product managers and 5 designers, who all want to enable success of small business’ in Denmark and beyond.

We’ll teach you how we roll, but are totally open to new ideas and best practices. If you wanna be part of the team slang, read up on Margy Cagan: INSPIRED before interviewing. You’ll need a passion for understanding customers, by talking with them, observing what they do and then collaborating with great product designers and tech leads. You’ll be part of both product discovery and deliver for your team.

The product manager will, depending on the experience, take responsibility for our mobile app efforts across countries or our accounting features and automation.

Who you are

You find yourself interested in a lot of things. Marketing, UX, design and technology. We don’t care what background you have, as a product manager with us, you’ll need to understand all parts.

We expect you have a broad toolbox consisting of analytics, customer involvement, stakeholder management and commercial skills. Since Billy is about accounting, you’ll have a head start if you know something about VAT and tax, but else we’ll teach you.

• Driven: You are self motivated and driven to improve your product skills. You probably already acknowledge that it takes time to become great at your job.

• Responsible: We give a lot of responsibility to our team members, and therefore you like to take responsibility for what you are doing. You also let others do what they do best.

• Commercial mindset: Very few product teams run out of ideas, you won’t experience it here either, so understanding that life is full of choices and how they impact the business is an important skill.

What you'll do (or learn to do)

• Own the end-to-end process of bringing new awesome software to our customers. From research over ideation, development and launch. You’ll be part of a strong development team and do your part of the team work.

• Collaborate with designers, other product managers and engineering to do awesome things.

• Define and evaluate OKR’s (if you don’t know it, look it up, before applying, as this is how we work). We analyze what worked and what didn’t.

• Collaboration with our cool Product Marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies with core messaging.

• Contribute to the shared vision of the Ageras Group ecosystem where we and our partner companies in the group work together. Don’t worry, you’ll learn this as we go.

• Never participate in “agile release trains” or any other words which really means waterfall development. We release 3-5 times per day, and yes we do coordinate when it’s needed.
