Waitly provides a simple and yet a thorough, deliberately developed waiting list software for cooperative associations, rental properties and allotments. In the future we expect the list of markets to be rapidly increasing, as our software can fulfill many different needs for waiting list software across different verticals and SBU’s, both creating a better experience for the people in line for a spot and for those who ought to keep track of the list.
On Waitly’s platform, more than 37,000 users are subscribed to over 87,000 subscriptions across a broad-variety of waiting lists for cooperative associations, rental properties and allotments, e.g apartments in Copenhagen, townhouses in Jutland and to many different rental properties across Denmark.

We are looking for a smiling, bright, digital human-being who’s keen to learn new stuff in an ever-changing start-up in an ecosystem in the intersection between the modern world of tech and the old school property sector (proptech).
The person joining our team will help bring our data to use in assistance with our Business Development as well as using data insights in marketing campaigns across different media, such as Paid Social and organic posts, SEM, SEO and off-line initiatives. We spend a lot of energy on making our data of use through the cross-join between big data and marketing and sales tools, as we’re currently in the midst of setting up data lakes feeding information to various departments of the organization, herein the marketing operations.
Business Development / Marketing intern 📚
The role will be fitted for the right candidate, but we think of you as kind of a squid, thriving working in the midfield between business development and marketing, where you will obtain, or even make use of your own knowledge about the activation of great amounts of data, governance of data structures/modeling, structuring product-specific marketing campaigns as well as scheduling and kicking-off general marketing initiatives.
We would love a person, who's into both the fascinating world of shaping a startup and the intriguing work of marketing departments.

What your timetable could look like in Waitly ⏰
Creating ads and campaigns for paid socials, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Google Ads
Automating and structuring email flows both internally built ones through our system and through external providers (Mailchimp)
Brainstorming, developing, and executing on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Creating content for organic and paid marketing posts
Helping setting the outlines for the future of our advantage program, Waitly+
Following our Business Developments work with developing data models and graphs for the organization, and the challenges that's connected herewith; data quality and documentation
Executing on content ideas for in-house projects and making content for SEO purposes

What do we expect of you 🥷
You’re a fast-paced, highly driven person looking for opportunities, where you can learn, give and take knowledge and contribute to an ongoing entrepreneurial spirit in the team.
You have a keen eye for details in written English and preferably Danish also, as well as being able to speak fluently English, albeit we have a Danish origin, we prioritize talent above Danish language skills
You’re fond of structure and eager to organize and build systems to help keep track of projects
Not a must-have, but we would be very pleased if you are somewhat tech savvy and a master of Google Ads, SEO, SQL or something similar.
Finally … You possess a positive attitude, always looking for solutions to the problems you’re encountering and ready to ask for help, when finding yourself stuck in the sand
We imagine you’re studying something relevant or have some experience within startups, marketing or business development. But most importantly that you’re up for the challenge.
Practical information ℹ️
We are not in a rush, but would rather give it time to get the perfect match between persona and skills, therefore we do not have a start date, but if the right candidate arises, the start will be as soon as possible, therefore interviews with potential candidates will be held on an ongoing basis.
There is no criteria for hours, thus the right candidate can be both part-time and full-time, depending on the candidate's wishes.
