About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and operational skills, a passion for helping customers, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions in a timely manner
Manage customer relationships and resolve customer issues proactively
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Monitor customer health and proactively identify potential issues
Continuously improve processes and workflows to improve customer experience
Requirements:
6 months of experience in customer success, technical support, or a related field
Strong technical aptitude and experience with softwares such as Hubspot, Intercom & Zapier
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer-focused and motivated by helping others
Fluent in English and German
