About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and operational skills, a passion for helping customers, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions in a timely manner

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer issues proactively

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

  • Monitor customer health and proactively identify potential issues

  • Continuously improve processes and workflows to improve customer experience


Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in customer success, technical support, or a related field

  • Strong technical aptitude and experience with softwares such as  Hubspot, Intercom & Zapier

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Customer-focused and motivated by helping others

  • Fluent in English and German
