We are seeking a motivated student assistant to join our team at Nordic BioVentures, a Venture Creation Studio working at the intersection of innovation and biology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of business plans, presentations, and marketing materials

• Contribute to workshops in bioentrepreneurship 

• Helping our current startup projects and co-founders with everything from marketing activities, fundraising and PoC development (depending on your personal skills, experience and strengths)

• Project management activities including, sending material, preparing, participating and keeping track of meetings

• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently studying a relevant degree such as Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, or similar field

• Preferably in the late phase of BSc or currently enrolled as MSc

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills

• Interest in venture creation and the bioindustry sector

• Fluent in English at a professional level

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Job

As a student assistant at Nordic BioVentures, you will have the opportunity to explore new opportunities, solve tomorrow's challenges, and help build bio-based startups. You will be part of a small and dedicated venture-building team that works with venture building, fundraising/investment, and consulting. You will have a wide range of tasks including developing presentation materials, participating in meetings with partners, co-founders, and investors, contributing to workshops, and supporting our startup projects.

We are looking for a goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude, high degree of integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Fluency in English is required, as well as digital know-how. Experience with startups or entrepreneurship is a plus.
