Define fact-based and data-driven monetization and pricing strategies with clear goals for value maximization across multiple product categories, namely software and IoT solutions
Data analysis, financial modelling and business case building centered on building actionable insights, concepts and informed recommendations for change
Drive large strategic and tactical projects, including cross-functional collaboration with commercial stakeholders to define and implement new pricing initiatives
Develop, maintain and report on pricing intelligence, incl. KPI dashboards, competitor benchmarks, customer surveys and external industry research
Manage, maintain and update price books and pricing configurator
Facilitate and coordinate an effective pricing governance structure and informed decision-making towards the executive management team (Price Council)
2-3 years of experience from a similar role.
Previous experience in marketing and/or strategy consulting or as internal consultant in pricing positions
Deep understanding and storytelling capabilities of customer behavior, value chain dynamics, value propositions, and competitive trends.
Ability and desire to interact with and advise stakeholders in commercial, operational and front line roles, and in particular executive management
Previous experience in conducting customer research and desktop research, and leverage insights to improve concepts
Ability to operate effectively on both strategic and operational issues
Strong communication skills as strategic rationale and context builder; to condense and relay facts and data simply and concretely
Entrepreneurial mindset that loves creating something new in order to see pricing in a broader perspective

Personality-based interview. You will be asked to fill out an online personality assessment (we use Hogan) prior to the interview. In the interview, you will first of all get feedback, but the aim is just as well to have a dialogue about what you thrive in, what we offer etc.
Assignment specific interview. Based on the learnings from the process you will be given a case to prepare. You will present the case to the hiring manager and other relevant new colleagues.
