JOOLL has in record time carved out a new and disruptive area in old school market. We are a fast moving, international expanding and vibrant organization that focuses on execution and constant development. As a market leader and market disrupter JOOLL has now surpassed JOOLLs to employees at more than 1000 Danish workplaces and also workplaces in Sweden.
JOOLL is a concept that should be pseudonym with the concept of having a company paid bike at your full disposal for all your everyday needs. The same way as we have known it from company cars the last 30 years or as a company phone. A JOOLL package is a premium bike, service contract and full insurance. One fixed fee per Month. Hassle Free. The big difference to a company car is that JOOLL is for all employees, much cheaper and with significant value to the user (value), the company (health) and our planet (climate).
Who are we looking for?
As Country Manager for the Swedish market you will be a part of “The Green War Team” in JOOLL. In this team you will work in close cooperation with the founders, other country managers and support staff. On the backbone of our experiences from Denmark and with support from the team and founders your main goal is to attack the Swedish market with the JOOLL concept. You will be main responsible for execution of strategy while we expect that you can adjust and calibrate our tactical approach in the process.
The position as Country Manager for the Swedish market requires a person who is eager to join and take part in growing our successful concept. Various language skills are an advantage, and for this position, proficient Swedish and English are required. The position also requires at least training from our office in Copenhagen. In mutual agreement we will decide if the position should be based out of Copenhagen, locally based in Sweden/Stockholm or a hybrid solution.

Successful oversee the JOOLL processes and costumer/end-user satisfaction.
Close cooperation and goal orientated work with the marketing team making sure the brand continue to grow and the lead generation is constant. (We have a no-cold-calling policy)
Work on key business customers and build case stories for the Swedish market.

Proven presentation/sales skills and the understanding of the higher goals we must achieve with JOOLL
Motivated by achieving individual targets as well as team goals
Experience from a similar position within the German market
Fluent in Swedish & English (both written and oral)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Loves a challenge and has a go-getter attitude
