Support to the COO (Graduate Student/Part-time)

Salary Competitive

Hi 🙏

We are seeking a fast running and detail-oriented go-getter who is not afraid of hands-on execution to support our COO.

You will work together with the Chief Operating Officer to assist in day-to-day operations and running your own projects. Put frankly: You will help execute all the tasks which the COO is facing - we are currently growing A LOT, so there are plenty of things to do.

We won't write the cliche story about how “You will gain valuable experience in the areas of operations management, project coordination, and strategic planning”, but we promise you this: You will (need to) gain the essential skills and mindset required for any future career: Attention to detail, ownership of projects, how to engage with peers and clients, and proactive-problem solving.

Our product is very simple: We have automated refund claims for consumers (our users) if there is a price drop on a bought product post-purchase.Through this, we’re aiming to create a shopping companion as you’ve never seen before. To execute this mission we have raised + €2M from Europe's leading investors such as VF Venture, Spring Capital, Nordic Makers, and Strawberry Capital.

Your tasks: 🏆

  • Work together with the COO on both day-to-day operational tasks and ad hoc curve balls

  • Coordinate and manage projects/tasks as assigned by the COO

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices

  • Participate in meetings and provide support to the COO as needed

  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations (internally as well as externally)

  • Handle administrative tasks as needed

Skills Needed: ✅

  • Quick learner and eager

  • High English proficiency (writing and speaking)

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant graduate program (not required, but not a minus)

  • Structured and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (.ppt and .xls)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

You will be a part of our growing team, where each individual has ownership of their domain working towards hitting some quite ambitious common strategic objectives for Tjommi.

If the above doesn't scare you away, please send your resume and a short cover letter - Max ½ page, no BS, straight to the point ;)
