Caspian Systems contribute to several development projects in electrification with special focus on electric drive and motor control. We are looking for an embedded software engineer who can work on a client's project where different electric drives are being developed to drive various three phase ac motor types and classes such as permanent magnet synchronous motors, ac induction motors, etc.

The primary location is the Caspian Systems' office in Herlev, Denmark. However, the existing assignment requires you to travel to the client's site for three days/week, and possibility of remote work for two days/week.

You have a master degree or PhD in electrical engineering, control engineering or other similar degrees. In order to succeed in this position you should have solid technical skills, very good communication skills, and you speak English fluently.

The following skills are required:

• C programming at professional level

• Embedded software development

• Experience in ac motor control

• Matlab/Simulink modeling

The following skills are plus:

• Knowledge of control engineering

• Basic Linux skills

• Basic understanding of power electronics
