We are a new start-up, but already Denmark's leading online platform for private dining. We currently have over 400 chefs registered on ChefMe and our goal is to build the world’s biggest and best platform for private dining. You'll be:
Creating beautiful designs for the full customer journey incl. marketing, website, SoMe, emails etc.
Further developing ChefMe's visual identity and improvement of our brand across all customer journeys' touchpoints
Presenting your work and solicit design feedback early and often!
Collaborating closely with our Product Designer, Nikita
Tackling a wide range of projects, from marketing campaigns and content to quick experiments
Designing print materials and packaging (from time to time)
Who are you?
You are a passionate, curious, and creative individual with a love for design, marketing, and visual communication
You create beautiful designs that convey a story
You're a pro user of the Adobe Suite
You have a keen eye for details and layouts with the ability to multitask on different projects
You'll be able to understand our brand and visual guidelines and become fluent in it
You aren’t afraid to try out your knowledge in practice.
You are eager to learn and aren’t afraid to learn from your mistakes.
You have the ability to effectively communicate design concepts.
You have knowledge of design principles, typography, user interfaces, web standards, and usability.
Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, owning deadlines and striving for efficiency
Nice to have:
Video, audio, and other media editing skills
Prior experience with producing content for Social Media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
Knowledge of designing intuitive, human-centric flows and experiences on web, iOS, and Android products
Proficiency in Danish is a plus, but not at all a requirement
Experience with Notion and Trello for project management
About the internship:
At ChefMe, we are looking for an intern who has an eye for design details and is extremely driven by being creative and not afraid of taking charge, testing new ideas, and speaking their mind. You'll be paired with Nikita, a former intern and now full-time employee, to work collaboratively and iteratively on testing out your design ideas and see them throughout our website, social media, print, and so on. As an intern in a new start-up, you will have the opportunity and freedom to test out your design ideas and see them throughout our customer journey and touchpoints.
We'll adapt your tasks and responsibilities based on your qualifications and skills as well as your learning goals for this internship. We imagine you're studying Multimedia Design, Digital Concept Development, E-Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or similar. Previous experience with graphic and/or UI/UX design is a big plus. The length of the internship is flexible, but we would prefer to have you for at least 10-12 weeks as a minimum.
