As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact between Layerise and potential clients. As a Sales Development representative you are an integral part of the sales team. It is you who will be qualifying outbound leads and establishing the first communication with them. Needless to say, your role is paramount in expanding the business. Together with your colleagues and our Account Executives, you will be in charge of getting new clients on board while also making sure that they are well informed about the value of our product.

On the job, you will:
Conduct Market research to identify potential clients.
Qualify leads through our ICP guidelines.
Proactively reach out to leads primarily via phone.
Connect with as many leads as possible via emails, voicemail, personalized videos, etc.
Book demos and meetings between potential customers and our Account Executives.
Help us reach our business goals through client acquisition.
You bring the following qualities to the table:
Previous experience in outbound sales roles, preferably from other SaaS companies.
Ability to listen actively and direct a conversation.
A fair amount of GRIT - The persistence and tenacity to keep pushing despite adversity.
Hunter mentality - You seek out the prospect and adapt your approach to close the deal.
Critical thinking and the ability to voice your opinion.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Curious, and self-driven.
Optimistic and social, meaning that you value teamwork.
Experience with SaaS and Hubspot is a plus.
