We are looking for a business partner/investor to help us further spread the message of this new therapy form. We've had over 10.000 customers float in our tanks since 2019, and through this we have gained valuable knowledge about how to provide the best floating experience and how to run our float space efficiently.

Copenhagen Float opened with just one float tank in May 2019 but has since expanded with 2 float tanks, a luxurious 2-person float room and 2 treatment rooms for massage and body therapy.

After some very challenging years including 2 corona lockdowns, the company is now finally profitable, with numerous income streams, partner platforms, fantastic customer reviews, a web shop, mailing list, 5000 social media followers and a loyal customer base.

As floating was not previously known in Denmark, a lot of our resources have been spent on educating people about the huge number of benefits. Our goal is to make floatation a recognized therapy form and to carry out our own research on the positive effects of floatation.

The Role

This is an exciting role that will undoubtedly evolve over time with the company, and will depend on the type of skills and experience the new partner brings to the table. The new partner will be:

• Working together with the CEO and other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience, customer service and offerings/packages.

• Willing and able to jump in and support the operational manager in solving issues in case of emergencies, (i.e. tank issues, staff management issues etc).

• Developing new areas of business for example, setting up new revenue streams and strategic partnerships and optimizing existing ones.

• Regular communication with the owner about potential issues or opportunities within the organization

• Establish new systems and procedures that will help us to work more efficiently, have a better working environment and become more profitable.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced business owner who will take initiative, execute on ideas, inspire and motivate our team, streamline operations and take us to the next level! Of course this magic person should also be passionate about health and well-being and have experience working within the health and service sectors.

Alternatively, this person could be a health/medical professional who is interested in developing their own practice or therapy offering, by complementing it with floatation therapy.
