We are looking for a bright part-time student assistant. Based in central Copenhagen, MessyWeekend is a successful Danish startup selling affordable quality sunglasses and snow goggles direct-to-consumer in Europe, the UK and Australia. The company was founded in early 2018. You will become part of a young, dynamic and international team that gives their utmost every day to contribute to the growth and creation of a truly global consumer brand.
You'll be working with the E-Commerce Team, responding to customer queries via Gorgias (knowledge of the platform is not a must), handling customer inquiries, feedback, product development ideas, reviews and much more!
Job Description:
Handling overflow contacts from all over the world but mainly Denmark, Germany and the UK;
Processing returns and issuing refunds;
Responding to queries received via Social Media;
Gathering product and process feedback;
Occasional translating content for certain messages which have to be send out to the global customer database;
Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms;
Assisting with the continuous product development process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses;
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve the customer experience;
Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to necessary team heads
*Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken Danish & English – German is a BIG plus*
