About You

You are an adaptable, proactive and forward-thinking quick learner who is able to work with many projects simultaneously.

You are an individual who can take the lead, structure tasks, and take responsibility, while at the same time working as part of a team with different skills, roles, and cultures.

You have 3-5 years of experience within AI/IT Project Management and are excited about the combination of project management, AI and the future of technology.

You are interested in working with the best team on the planet, technology rock stars, and business magnates to grow a business dedicated to positively impacting the future.

About the Role

For our Copenhagen office we are looking for a Project Manager to work with our internal Data science team to plan and manage projects ranging from small POCs to large scale projects driving the implementation of AI for our global customer portfolio .

You will work closely with senior business professionals and our teams that build our core product features, to improve product value for our users, and empower people to use the GRACE Platform.

You will work directly with and report to the CIO and deliver project management on current and future projects.

Some travel to Global customers may be expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the process and keep your project team on course

• Responsible for delivering high quality projects on time and on budget

• Build strong collaboration with the Software development and AI teams

• Manage stakeholders and build great relationships with our customers

• Delivering small as well as large AI projects

• Managing and overseeing platform deployment and onboarding projects

• Managing day-to-day project management tasks and responsible for delivering projects

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager of IT projects/subprojects

• Self-driven and problem-solving attitude

• Good understanding of customers and fulfillment of agreements

• Ability to understand and communicate complex, technical discussions

• Passionate about technology and willing to learn about AI and machine learning

• Organized, structured, and methodical approach to work

• Be able to present and interact with different stakeholders confidently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

• Nice to have: Some prior experience working with technical platforms
