About the role:

We are looking for an IT Support who will come and join our team and help all our employees in day-to-day struggles with hardware.

In this role, you will be responsible for running, supporting and improving technical setup for all the employees. That includes maintenance of laptops, wifi, screens and streaming platforms, as well as buying and organising new hardware for new employees around the globe.

An ideal candidate has a strong “service gene” and enjoys helping colleagues.

You will be a part of our Technology department, but you’ll also be working closely with our Operations and People departments. 

The role is full-time and on-site, in our office located in the centre of Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities:

• Maintaining and running work laptops, WiFi, screens and accessories;

• Maintaining, patching, improving and helping people to be able to work efficiently;

• Setup and help support when we have special events;

• Purchasing and organising hardware for new employees.

Requirements to succeed in the role:

• Graduate from IT support education;

• Knows how to use Windows and Mac operating systems;

• Fluent in both English and Danish;

• Proficient in communication, both verbal and written;

• Enjoys helping others.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience with Google G Suite, JumpCloud, Office 365 and other cloud applications.
