We are looking for a passionate Growth Lead (SEO/Paid) that can help increase our rankings on Google and overall online visibility. We are a professional and experienced team, and with you, we want to change the industry landscape and establish the Officeguru Marketplace as the go-to brand for high-quality workplace management in Denmark and Europe.
You have experience growing web traffic to increase revenue with SEO, Paid and Conversion optimizing. You enjoy creating tools and processes to improve the results of a prospective customer journey continually and sharing results and insights with stakeholders throughout the company. In this newly created role, you will have plenty of opportunities to create and shape workflows and processes and implement a growth strategy.
Manage multiple SEO programs to grow traffic: launch and scale new content pages, improve landing experience & relevance of current SEO pages
Work with PM, marketing, and engineering to build new experiences that drive traffic and user engagement and SEO-effective scalable content
Use web analytics platform and SEO tools to monitor, analyze and optimize website activity, traffic trends, SERP rankings, and customer acquisition metrics, through monthly and ad-hoc reports
Monitor market trends and competitors to establish marketing opportunities and implement actions to improve the visibility of our website
Identify opportunities to grow traffic and users. You live and breathe impact and constantly look for ways to grow: New page types, new content initiatives, or updating existing experiences
Coordinate with content and product marketing to identify, optimize, and promote content for targeted keywords or phrases in order to increase traffic to our website from organic, paid, and social marketing and sponsorships
Responsible for the programmatic SEO experience
Forecast performance, set targets, build reporting, and communicate pacing toward targets
Build and execute marketing campaigns across SEM, email, social, and other marketing channels with the Marketing team
Facilitate testing/QA process with stakeholders for each campaign to ensure flawless execution
Run A/B tests across campaigns to identify key levers of growth that we can scale across the program
Analyze and report on the impact of engagement programs, using learnings to iterate and make improvements
Organic search traffic growth

Marketing website analytics coverage
2-4 years experience with technical SEO, content strategy, CRO experience, and Paid Marketing
Good Knowledge of keyword research and the behaviors of search engines
You effortlessly balance the technical needs of search engine bots with the functional needs of human users
Experience conducting data-driven SEO site audits with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and at least one keyword research tool
Technically minded with a working knowledge of HTML and a solid understanding of copywriting best practices
Fluent in Danish and English
