Whistleblower Partners is looking for a customer-oriented and energetic student assistant to support our French customers in the local language.
Whistleblower Partners is a leading service provider of whistleblower solutions, providing compliant whistleblower solutions to companies and organizations in Europe.
With our services we support whistleblowers to come forward in an anonymous and secure manner while supporting our companies in case handling and taking the right preventative initiatives.
We are headquartered in central Copenhagen (Denmark) and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, France, Finland and Sweden.
What will you be doing?
You will be mainly responsible for:
Onboarding customers onto the system and guiding them in the successful adoption of our solution
Answering customer enquiries to ensure high quality support and a great customer experience
Assisting in the preparation of customer material in the local language
Responding to customer reviews on various digital channels
Collecting and analysing customer feedback and KPIs
Collaborating with our in-house and local legal partners and our sales team to provide the customers with the best service experience
Responding to up-sell opportunities
You will have plenty of hands-on assignments and with a short timeline from idea to execution and will play a key role in lifting and maintaining the customer experience in your region.
Who are you?
We are looking for a French-speaking student with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a customer service mentality. If you know one or more of the following languages, in addition to French, is a big advantage: Danish, Swedish, German, Finnish.
Preferably you have concluded your bachelor studies and have initiated your Master’s degree and are already familiar with customer support.
You have a strong customer orientation and are not afraid to make decisions and execute in order to get things done in time.
Legal background or experience with legal services is a plus but not a requirement.
As a minimum you are able to work 2 workdays per week within normal office hours (09.00-17.00 CET).
