What are we building at Pluto? 👷🏻 Pluto.markets is on a mission to make the financial markets accessible to everyone in Scandinavia. We want to make investing joyful and perhaps even fun by building a much more interactive, social and cheaper investment product than our key competitors: Nordnet and Saxo Bank. The new generation of investors are vastly different than the traditional investors. We believe that a new generation of consumers requires a new generation of products. Features include: create an investment group with friends, invest for just 10 DKK commission (or upgrade and invest completely free of commissions), buy fractions of shares and use best interface on the market. Opportunities are endless as we are rebuilding all the infrastructure from scratch! The team 🎳 The founders (Joakim & Oscar) have known each other since age 15 and have built another company together before. Joakim holds a MSc Degree in Economics and have worked as a trader at Danske Bank and Goldman Sachs while Oscar is BSc in Software Engineering and has spent most of his career building software for the pharma industry. We are backed by some of the world's most prestigious investors, most notably Y-Combinator.
