At Uniify, we will be expanding our sales team in 2023 and we are now looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our team in central Copenhagen. You will join a fast-growing, great team on a joint mission to create an impact in the financial sector. Together with the rest of our sales team, you will take lead on a proactive customer success model and disrupt the way financial companies onboard their customers today.
You proactively take lead on our customers’ success
As our new Customer Success Lead at Uniify, you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to ensure they are getting the most value out of our products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and manage the customer relationship from onboarding to ongoing support. You are driven by a proactive “customer success” approach; and you continuously keep asking, how we can get our clients utilizing our solution the way that it’s intended to be used, so we’re building lifelong customers relations and make our customers as successful as possible. You will report to the CCO of Uniify.
You will will play a key role as you:
Understand customer needs, goals, and pain points, and develop and execute plans to address them
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to pursue them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, engineering, sales) to resolve customer issues and drive product improvements
Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and deliver customer success plans and reports to stakeholders

You are dedicated and ambitious, but also a nice, empathic and likeable person. You really want to proactively interact with your customers, bring a natural customer focused mindset – and you are ready to go that extra mile to help customers grow their business and make them successful. You are a true problem solver, while at the same time organized and superb with follow-up to ensure customer expectations and needs are met. You will bring 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role, you know how to use CRM systems, and you have some familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. excel, SQL). Most importantly, when it comes to interpersonal skills, you really know how to master active listening, communication, and empathy – that together enable you to build long term relationships with your customers.
