Depression, stress, and anxiety are all part of a global mental health crisis. Shockingly 70% of people with mental health issues don’t get help – leading to high workplace turnover and huge financial burdens.

The job:

We are looking for Nuna’s CEO, who brings extensive commercial expertise, startup experience, and a good understanding of mental health issues. As a CEO, you lead our organization in achieving our mission and driving growth in the Danish and subsequently European market.

As the CEO of Nuna, you will drive the company’s B2B2C strategy, initially focusing on Danish customers. You are expected to have a strong knowledge of end-customer needs and the ability to translate them into effective solutions and positive product experiences. You will work closely with both business partners and end consumers, building meaningful partnerships and ensuring transparency and alignment between all parties.

Desired capabilities:

You are the key commercial stakeholder, which would require you to have a strong startup experience, and proven skills including, but not limited to:

• Effective executor: You are a doer, and you know how to get things done. You have a proven track record of achieving what you set out to do and you don’t take “no” for an answer. You have commercial talent for building business, and you excel through seeing opportunity in crisis and chaos.

• Strategic mindset: You are able to critically analyze and understand the bigger picture of the business, including its goals, resources, and external factors that may impact it. You think strategically about the direction of the company and identify opportunities for growth, using data and market insights to inform decisions.

• Empathetic leadership capabilities: You are an inspirational leader who knows how to engage and motivate the team to achieve common goals, using a collaborative and inclusive approach. You practice empathetic leadership and know how to relate to the emotions, experiences, and perceptions of people around, you, including employees, customers and partners.

• Strong communicator: You have strong ability to effortlessly communicate (both in English and Danish) with potential customers, partners, and team members, using clear and concise language - utilizing visual leadership is a plus.

• Networking: Building relationships with potential customers and partners is key to success in this role. You are an inspiring and trusted partner, who builds and nurture their relationships.

• Resilience: You understand that there are setbacks and challenges, but you do not fear pivoting strategies, and adjusting to unpredicted events. You can make decisions quickly, and lead Nuna through periods of change and uncertainty.

• Attention to detail: You can pay close attention to details which ensures an effective and well-informed decision-making process, especially in events of negotiations and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Experience(s) CCO /CEO/ Co- Founder (+3 years)

• Experience within the startup ecosystem (+5 years)

• Preferably experience with Fundraising activities

• Experience in the HealthTech /Mental Health industry
