Also, you will be responsible for the daily service at the office, as our customer support team is also a part of our office management team. This means that you will make coffee, prepare for meetings, help with practical tasks around the office, and in generally be one of the key employees that helps make everyone happy.
You’ll be joining a young, energetic team of 3 employees where we work hard to reach our goals and KPIs, but we know how to have fun too. You will work closely with our CANbus team who helps with technical car issues, as well as our development team who helps with errors in the system or the app.
You are fluent in speech and writing in Swedish, Danish, and English (this is mandatory to apply for the position)
At least 2 years previous customer service experience from a similar position
Flair for IT and willingness to learn new systems

You work well under pressure
You are able to take responsibility for your tasks and see them through
A good sense of humor and positive energy
You’re curious and not afraid to come up with new ideas to improve things
We don’t necessarily expect you to have a relevant education; what matters is that you have an interest in IT and feel comfortable working with multiple systems. Needless to say, it’s a must that you are truly passionate about delivering top-quality customer service.
What’s in it for you?
The opportunity to own your tasks and take responsibility
Courses and/ or relevant education to help you grow
Competitive salary and pension scheme
Phone of your choice
Cheap lunch scheme
All the snacks and sodas you can consume during the day
Great beers on Fridays (and yes, we’re open to suggestions)
