Connected Cars is working on an ambitious project to connect millions of car-owners with their vehicles by hooking into the on-board diagnostics available in every modern car, and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join us on that journey.

The position
We’re looking for a new colleague to join our customer support team in our office in Sydhavn.
You will mainly be responsible for supporting our Swedish and Danish-speaking customers. Besides normal customer service, you will be working on a variety of other tasks, such as system maintenance, following up on error reporting, and helping out with invoicing and logistical tasks from our warehouse. Also, you will be responsible for the daily service at the office, as our customer support team is also a part of our office management team. This means that you will make coffee, prepare for meetings, help with practical tasks around the office, and in generally be one of the key employees that helps make everyone happy.
You’ll be joining a young, energetic team of 3 employees where we work hard to reach our goals and KPIs, but we know how to have fun too. You will work closely with our CANbus team who helps with technical car issues, as well as our development team who helps with errors in the system or the app.
Qualifications
You are fluent in speech and writing in Swedish, Danish, and English (this is mandatory to apply for the position)
At least 2 years previous customer service experience from a similar position
Flair for IT and willingness to learn new systems
A team player, ready to go the extra mile to help out colleagues from other departments and customers, even if it’s outside your job description.
You work well under pressure
You are able to take responsibility for your tasks and see them through
A good sense of humor and positive energy
You’re curious and not afraid to come up with new ideas to improve things
We don’t necessarily expect you to have a relevant education; what matters is that you have an interest in IT and feel comfortable working with multiple systems. Needless to say, it’s a must that you are truly passionate about delivering top-quality customer service.
