If the profile above is you, join our international team based in the middle of Copenhagen as our new Student Customer Success Assistant. You’ll have an opportunity to bring your experiences, grow your skills and have fun! You’ll be closely working with our customer support representative, who’ll shower you with the warm approach and guidance and Lenka, who’ll help you not to miss to follow any interesting sports event. These two will accompany you at the Friday bars and other company events that we regularly enjoy with the rest of the team members.

Your primary tasks:

• Communicating with customers through various channels such as the Customer Relationship Management system or Social Media platforms.

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Sorting and handling of all in-office returns. 

• Additional admin tasks as assigned.

• Translation-related tasks.

To be happy in this role, you should be:

• interested in Sports/Health

• passionate about ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled professionally and that our customers and partners receive the best customer service.

• communicate fluently in English and German (native level preferred)

• proactive and independent in your way of working, and you take responsibility for your tasks and your development
