RECRUITMENT NEED

We are currently looking for a Growth/Performance Marketing Intern to join our team trading e-bikes and other used micro mobility vehicles, as well as our subscription business.

To fit in this role, you need to have a analytical and data mindset on marketing, as it's mainly a research and number crunching internship. You will also need to be familiar with using AdWords and Meta business advertising tools.

YOUR INTERNSHIP AT JONNA

Our mission is to make more people ride bikes. Your mission will be to ensure and provide best pricing solutions in the market. Specifically, you will be looking at use premium e-bikes. You will use information resources regarding our customer needs, historical data, market conditions, and internal margin/revenue targets to develop best in class pricing strategy.

In this role, you will work with the CEO and your day-to-day tasks will be a mix of defined strategy and experimentation.

Concrete examples of work tasks connected to responsibilities:

• Setup a performance marketing reporting dashboard (sheets always work)

• Analyze advertising costs for relevant keywords in used sales and subscription over the year.

• Make volume and market estimates based on keywords

• Update new creatives

• Draw customer journeys and funnels and identify gaps

The ideal candidate has most of these traits:

• Academic enrollment or university degree, preferably in business, marketing and/or data

• Experience in collecting the data yourself to solve the problem

• Familiar with growth models

• Capable of working autonomously and proactively

• Able to interpret and present data and driven solution to any given problem

• Fluent in business English and Swedish.

• Experience in e-bike or micromobility retail is a plus, not a must
