Jonna

At Jonna, we want to make biking easier and available to larger groups. We have sold and built e-bikes for more than 10 years, and realized that typical e-bike buyers have little knowledge in service, how to take care of their bike, nor do few people know or appreciate the value of e-bikes they have. We want to help people (not just high income earners) to find the right e-bike for them. We do this by offering both a subscription service as well as refurbished used e-bikes. We are specialized in battery and engine refurbishments/diagnostic and give guarantees on all sold products. We offer a new purchase experience with full transparency for products which are otherwise complicated for consumers to purchase on the second hand market. Jonna also runs a local monthly subscription fleet for e-bikes, which later are checked and sold via our service. Our subscriptions include insurance, service, lock and a bike for a monthly fee.
