The Events department at DANSIC:

As DANSIC yearly re-invention is consolidated by a new event the Events department is fundamental in fulfilling one of DANSIC main goals. As our Events Manager you will be in charge of a team of volunteers and your main goal is to execute the vision of the Board together with other Executives for your respective departments. 

Tasks relevant for this position involve assisting your team of volunteers with: planning, executing the event, developing partnerships with relevant stakeholders, spatial design and ideas for marketing the event to the right audience in collaboration with Communications and Marketing.

You are expected to:

• Attend the weekly meeting in your crew every  Tuesday evening;

• Undertake some ad hoc tasks during the week;

• Attend the DANSIC annual event that you will be planning with the volunteers;

• Be a part of DANSIC until early summer 2023, when our Annual General Meeting will be held.
